She's Enma Ai, from Jigoku Shoujo.

I had this drawing in my mind for a lot of time, but I dind't had any time for making it until yesterday. I had to make the sketch two times because the anatomy was strange...I may practise it more D:

By the way, I only used the pen and the water tool to color it.

I wanted to make a progress image about it, but I got lazy lol.
